Slackline Yoga or Slackasana is a unique practice that teaches complete body awareness.  It is a moving meditation that will redefine your sense of balance and mental focus while you balance on a 1-inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline).  In this mini workshop, you’ll learn the basics of the Slackasana series. Slackline Yoga or Slackasana is a unique practice that teaches complete body awareness.  It is a moving meditation that will redefine your sense of balance and mental focus while you balance on a 1-inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline).  In this mini workshop, you’ll learn the basics of the Slackasana series. The practice includes standing (commitment), kneeling (core strength), sitting (focus) and arm balancing (breath).  All skill levels are encouraged. Take your yoga off the mat!

In this mini-workshop, Amir Migal will introduce the art of connection and touch through body adornment and partner movement. Start with partner exercises that incorporate acro yoga, Capoeira, balancing and rituals. Next, learn the practice of Tribal Body Marking practicing on fellow attendees.
